SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs are €5 for orders up to €49.99, while shipping is free for orders over €50.

Shipping times for orders to Italy vary from 2 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

In the event of an error in the product selection, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the packaging.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or returned more than 14 days after receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

Only the cost of the item purchased will be refunded, not the shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We'll also notify you of the outcome of your refund request. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, even for orders with free shipping.

RETURN PROCEDURE FROM ITALY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points.

To exercise this right, the customer must send notice of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The date indicated on the delivery receipt will be considered valid.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a communication indicating the relevant order number. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may choose between the following methods:

Please indicate the following information in the communication:

  • Name and Surname of the customer;
  • Customer address;
  • Order number and purchase date;
  • Item description, quantity, reason for return and amount paid.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer must return the products promptly and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) working days of the notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Products within 14 (fourteen) days of the notification of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the notification, we will inform the customer via email of the shipping methods for the products, which must take place no later than 14 working days from the date on which the customer expressly exercised the right of withdrawal.

Finally, please note that the consumer customer, pursuant to the Consumer Code, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the following is found:

  • The opening of the product, which therefore compromised its integrity;
  • The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. case, cap, dispenser, etc.);
  • Damage to the product;
  • Goods returned after 14 working days, which represents the maximum return period.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer, as required by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Consumers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal when purchasing Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers). Consequently, the amount spent on this type of product will not be refunded.

Returns by post/courier:

  1. Please prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it during shipping. We recommend using the same box you received your order in.
  1. Please complete the return form and include it in your package along with the items you wish to return. You can download it by clicking here.

We do not accept parcels sent at the recipient's expense.
  1. Upon receipt of the package and after verifying the conditions of the return, we will proceed with the refund via the initial payment method.
