🧴 Summer skincare: how to protect your skin from the sun and impurities

During the summer, the skin needs specific attention.

Heat, sweating, UV rays and urban pollution can in fact alter the skin's balance, promoting dehydration, impurities and blemishes.

Proper summer skincare not only keeps skin healthy and radiant, but also protects it from long-term damage.

Why change your skincare in summer?

  • Sweating and sebum increase → shinier skin and clogged pores
  • Sun exposure → risk of dark spots , dehydration and premature aging
  • Increased sensitivity → the skin can become easily irritated, even with usual cosmetics

1. Cleansing: the first fundamental step

Morning and evening , it is essential to free the skin from sebum, SPF and accumulated impurities.

Recommended product: Cleansing Mousse
Gently cleanses without drying, thanks to hyaluronic acid , antioxidant green tea and fermented sake extract , which improves elasticity and strengthens the skin barrier.

2. Light but intense hydration

Even in summer, skin can become dehydrated. But you need a light texture that won't weigh you down.

Recommended product: Hyaluronic Acid Concentrate
Ensures deep and long-lasting hydration with a smart formula: light on the surface, effective deep down . Also excellent before makeup or sunscreen.

3. Prevent sunspots

The sun, especially on impure or post-acne skin, can cause hyperpigmentation .

Recommended product: Tranexamic Concentrate
A powerful ally against sun discolouration and post-acne marks , thanks to Tranexamic Acid and Acetyl Glycyl Beta-alanine , which even out the complexion and give brightness.

To be used in the evening , after sun exposure.

4. Check for impurities and pores

Those with combination or blemish-prone skin know how much summer can make things worse. A rebalancing treatment is needed.

Recommended product: Salicylic BHA Concentrate
With microencapsulated salicylic acid , azelaic acid and niacinamide , it reduces enlarged pores, controls sebum and smoothes the skin's texture, without drying it. Perfect for morning use, before sunscreen.

5. Never without SPF

Last step (but the most important): sun protection every day , even in the city.

A good SPF should always be used as the last step in your morning skincare routine, over your serum or moisturizer.
